Lock-and-Shop Program

Guarantee today’s rates

Guaranteed Interest Rate for 60 Days.

If you’re shopping for your home but concerned where mortgage interest rates will be by the time you have a contract, we have a great worry-free option to help you get the lowest rate.

Our Lock-and-Shop Program can lock in and guarantee your interest rate for 60 days. If rates decrease, you may be eligible to take advantage of a lower rate*. All you have to do is be pre-approved through our Certified Buyer Pre-Approval Program. We make that easy, too.

Additional information:

  • You’ll be eligible for this program once you become a Certified Buyer.
  • Only available to be used in conjunction with a portfolio program.

Our Portfolio Program loans are any loan products we hold ownership of and service. Loan products in our portfolio include 30 and 15 year fixed, 5/1 ARM, 7/1 ARM, Medical Professionals Loan Program, Construction Programs and our affordable no or low down payment STAR Program.

  • The interest rate lock may be extended for up to an additional 30 days provided a subject property has been determined. Standard lock extension charges will apply.

Disclosures

*The current interest rate plus .125% with no float down fee. Lock-and-Shop is available only on portfolio programs.

This is not a commitment to lend or extend credit. All loans, credit and collateral are subject to approvals. Terms, rates, data, programs, information and conditions are subject to change without notice. Not all loans or products are available in all states. Specific program restrictions may apply, so please consult your dedicated  Mortgage Loan Officer for complete details.
