- Professional & Leadership Development – Teammates are encouraged to explore the development resources available to support their growth. Our leadership programs offer learning experiences that help individuals strengthen key skills, enhance performance and prepare for future opportunities.
- EMerge Program – We want our Teammates to feel engaged and inspired to elevate their personal development and career. EMerge gives them the opportunity to work on public speaking skills, interact with senior leaders in the bank, create a personal brand and broaden exposure to areas of the bank outside of their current role.
- In-Branch Development – In the first six weeks of a branch Teammate’s career, they take training courses, online and hands-on with customers, to learn products and services, create an outstanding customer experience, navigate systems and build relationships. This training program is designed to give Teammates the highest level of learning to help make them confident and prepared for the job.
