Bio

I believe that integrity, relationship building, teamwork, and the determination to continually grow professionally are qualities of a great leader. I enjoy developing teammates to help them achieve their professional career goals and preparing them for leadership opportunities. I enjoy working with them and clients on transforming processes to drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver success. 

I am currently Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive for Atlantic Union Bank. Prior to assuming this role, I served in roles such as Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy, interim Chief Financial Officer of our mortgage subsidiary, and later as Atlantic Union Bank’s Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the company, I served as a Senior Manager within a large regional CPA firm in their Assurance practice in the greater Richmond area. My expertise consists of financial reporting, internal control attestations and review, risk management, and process improvement. I hold a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

I am an incredibly family-oriented person. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time and being active with my family, and I enjoy the great outdoors.
