Bio

John brings over 25 years of wealth experience to Atlantic Union Bank Wealth Management. As Head of Trust and Estate Services, John leads a very experienced team providing comprehensive fiduciary services; offering clients deep technical experience with a focus on providing exemplary client service.

The Trust and Estate Services team has vast fiduciary expertise. Their passion is working closely with clients to help ensure they establish appropriate and robust estate planning goals, and following through to make sure these goals are realized.

“Estate planning is a very important part of everyone’s life. We work hard every day to assist our clients in prioritizing the careful growth and preservation of their wealth during their life and the efficient transfer of their wealth in keeping with their wishes upon their passing.”

John earned his Bachelor of Arts in World Literature from Castleton University and his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.

When he’s not helping clients or leading his team, John and his wife ride motorcycles, sail and enjoy spending time with their two almost fully-grown daughters and their very fully-grown 120 pound Great Pyrenees.
