Evangeline “Vangie” Cumming

Bio

As the Head of Wealth Banking Services, Vangie brings decades of financial services experience to Atlantic Union Wealth Management. She leads a team of highly experienced, client-focused banking professionals who support the credit and deposit needs of the bank’s high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Vangie joined Atlantic Union Bank in 2022 after her career with Comerica Bank, where she led a multi-jurisdictional banking team in Southern California.

With an extensive background in both commercial and consumer lending, Vangie is an expert resource in structuring and underwriting customized lending facilities. She is passionate about making a positive impact on her clients and providing exceptional service.

Vangie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA with an emphasis on Leading People in Organizations from Santa Clara University in Northern California. 

As a California native, she lived in various parts of the state before moving to Yorktown, Virginia. Vangie enjoys traveling, music, good coffee and good ideas. However, nothing makes her happier than soaking up as much time as possible with her husband and two daughters.

In addition to her career in finance, she co-founded a non-profit theater company in the early 2000’s, and held many positions there including actor, choreographer, CFO, Board Treasurer and Box Office Manager.
