We also offer a generous match to HSA contributions if enrolled in a compatible high-deductible medical plan.

Under the Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, you have several options to defer a percentage of your eligible compensation: on a pre-tax deferral basis, Roth deferral (post-tax) basis, catch-up deferrals for participants over age 50. Atlantic Union Bank matches your contributions up to 4% of your eligible compensation each pay period.

The 401(k) Plan also contains an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) feature. The ESOP portion of your account is an employer funded retirement plan for bank teammates that is intended to provide an opportunity to acquire a stock interest in the company. You may not contribute directly to the ESOP portion of your 401(k) Plan. Atlantic Union Bank may make a discretionary profit sharing contribution to your ESOP account based on company performance and additional eligibility requirements.

The flexibility of PTO lets you set your own priorities. PTO can be used for vacation, a doctor's appointment, or any number of events in your life. Commissioned Teammates are not eligible for PTO. We also offer separate paid time off for bereavement and volunteer time.

Atlantic Union offers eligible teammates Short-term Disability income benefits. This is a company-paid benefit that is based on your length of service with Atlantic Union Bank.

Atlantic Union Bank cares about you and your family. That is why we offer Paid Parental Leave to birth and non-birth parents following the birth or adoption of a child. This program coordinates with the Short Term Disability (STD) plan and runs concurrently with the any leave that qualifies under Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
