In-Branch Development
This unique and comprehensive training program for in-branch teammates focuses on product and service knowledge, creating the ultimate customer experience, navigating systems, living our values, innovating on the job, and building relationships. The program takes place during your first 6 weeks of employment. We utilize a "blended" learning approach, which includes:
- Online pre-work before classes
- Classroom training
- Work with a mentor
- Feedback from training facilitators and mentor
You will also get hands-on training working with an in-branch coach, a coworker who has been in your shoes and is dedicated to supporting your success.
