Bio

Jake is a Trust Advisor who, as a former estate attorney, brings ten years of estate and trust administration experience to the Atlantic Union Bank Wealth Management team. As a Trust Advisor, Jake coordinates estate planning, administers trusts and collaborates with tax and investment professionals to meet clients’ needs, goals and objectives. Jake focuses on providing clients with peace of mind by guiding them through life’s uncertainties, offering assurance and clarity in challenging situations, to help them feel secure about their future.

Jake earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Oral Roberts University and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.

Known for his charisma, compassion and empathy, Jake excels at connecting with people on a deeper level. He aims to make his clients feel comfortable and understood. Jake continually seeks to expand his knowledge and skills to help clients find answers to difficult questions – all while maintaining honesty and integrity throughout the entire process.

Born in Beaver County, PA, Jake has lived in Virginia for over thirty years. He currently lives in Richmond with his wife and their two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys yardwork, exercising, touring historical sites, playing guitar and reading.
