Bio

As a leader, I am guided by integrity, relationship building, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to continuous professional growth. I am passionate about developing teams, helping them reach their career aspirations and preparing them for leadership roles. I find fulfillment in collaborating with both my team and clients to transform processes that enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and drive meaningful results.

Currently, I serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Atlantic Union Bank. My previous roles here include Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy, interim Chief Financial Officer of our mortgage subsidiary and Corporate Controller. Before joining the company, I gained extensive experience as a Senior Manager in Assurance at a prominent regional CPA firm in the greater Richmond area.

My expertise spans financial reporting, internal control attestations and review, risk management and process improvement. I hold a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

Outside of my professional life, I am deeply family-oriented and enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones. Whether it’s being active outdoors or simply enjoying the company of family, I find balance and fulfillment beyond the workplace.
