Bio

I am a seasoned human resources expert with more than 20 years of experience building and developing high‐performing teams and contributing to workplace cultures. In my current role at Atlantic Union Bank as the Chief Human Resources Officer, I lead the development and execution of the bank’s human resource strategy to support Teammate excellence, development and engagement.

I have enterprise HR responsibility for compensation and benefits; talent development; diversity, equity and inclusion; talent acquisition; succession management; employee relations and HR technology. Plus, creating and contributing to a “Best Place to Work” culture has been a core and consistent tenant throughout my career, and I was instrumental in facilitating Atlantic Union Bank’s Top Workplace 2023 recognition.

Prior to joining Atlantic Union Bank, I was the Chief Talent Officer for Huntington Bank and I am proud to be a contributor in securing the 2022 Forbes Best Large Employer Award. In 2019, my team was awarded the Team Excellence Award by Columbus CEO magazine, and previously in 2015, I was named HR Executive of the Year.

I received my bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in organizational communications, a management certificate in Human Resources: Selection & Staffing from Cornell University, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Prosci Change Management certification and the Crucial Conversations Training Facilitator certification.

I have also previously served on the Board of Trustees at Alvis House, The Board of Directors at United Schools Network & I Know I Can. Currently I serve on the Corporate Advisory Board for the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.
