Bio

As a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, I am passionate about driving operational excellence while aligning the goals of our shareholders, customers and teammates. My career has been built on a foundation of strong leadership, efficiency and a commitment to delivering value at every level of the business.

Currently, as Consumer Lending Group Executive at Atlantic Union Bank, I oversee all aspects of consumer lending, ensuring that our operations remain customer-focused and aligned with our strategic goals. I also lead our Community Impact Team, managing key initiatives such as the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Lending, which reflect our dedication to supporting the communities we serve.

Prior to joining Atlantic Union Bank, I held leadership positions at Access National Bank and Mortgage Investment Corporation, gaining deep expertise in both sales and production as well as operational management. This breadth of experience allows me to bring a holistic perspective to problem-solving and strategy implementation.

I hold a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, where I continue to stay involved by mentoring students. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family.
